Data Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Do not provide any personal data (such as your real full name, email address, phone number, or private information) when setting your display name or interacting with this application. Only a simple display nickname is stored solely for tracking leaderboard scores.

This application processes user location data exclusively for verifying proximity to designated points of interest (POIs).

• Geolocation: Location data is evaluated during active unlock checks and is not continuously tracked or logged permanently.
• Account Data: Registered usernames and basic score records are retained strictly for game functionality and leaderboard display.

Accounts & Passwords

• Accounts and passwords are optional. You can play with just a display nickname.
• If you set a password when creating a nickname, that password protects the account and cannot be changed by anyone — remember it carefully.
• Do not provide personal data (real full name, email, phone) when choosing a nickname.

GDPR / Deletion Requests

If you would like your account and associated game data removed, please contact shurdingtonnp@gmail.com with your username and we will process your request.
